Returns Policy
If you're looking to return or exchange an item, we are here to help! Orders can now be returned within 29 days of placing an order. We can provide you with options when making a return or exchanging an item/s for your Modelle online purchases. To return an order or item, please mail your product to PO box 124 Chester Hill NSW 2163 Australia. Kindly keep in mind the following conditions: - The item must be in its original packaging. - The item must be unused and in its original condition, tags, and packaging. - The original receipt or invoice SHOULD be presented when returning defective/damaged items. Note: The time it may take for refunded products to be delivered is dependent on your location. If you are shipping items over the value of AUD 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received. Returns Once your item is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received that returned item. Further to this, whether your item is approved of a refund will be ONLY guaranteed basis the following factors: - Wrong size/colour of the product shipped by us - Wrong product shipped by us - Damaged/defective product shipped by us After inspection, if your product is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
We shall not entertain return/refund/exchange on any items under the sales category.

Shipping & Tracking
- The delivery address for the item(s) purchased shall follow a per transaction basis. You need to provide the correct and complete address where the item(s) should be delivered.
- The delivery charge varies with the customer location.
- We aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame.
- Since national, seasonal, and declared holidays are no-operation days, this may affect the duration of your package’s shipping.
- It is important to note that we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of the whole delivery process (from the moment the items are picked up from our warehouse to the time of delivery to your doorstep).
Tracking your order
- On every processed purchase, the customer shall receive a Shipping and Delivery Status Confirmation email wherein a tracking number of the order will be included.
- You may use this to check the whereabouts of your purchase through our Order Tracker page. If your order does not arrive within the indicated time frame, you may contact us to inquire about its status.

Exchanges
Whilst we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes customers have a change of mind. Under such special circumstances, you may be applicable for a store credit or exchanging your product. It's important to note that the shipping costs are NOT borne by Modelle and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping of returned goods. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your amount.
We shall not return/refund/exchange any items under the sales category.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank statement or contact your credit card company. Depending on your bank, it may take some time before your refund is processed. If you have still not received your refund, kindly contact us at cs@modelle.com.au.
