Refund policy


At Modelle, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return process.

This policy applies to all purchases made on the Modelle website. In-store return policies may differ.



1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.



2. Return Fee

A flat return shipping fee of AUD $14.95 will be deducted from your store credit or refund amount for all domestic online orders.
International return shipping is charged at AUD $34.95, and must be pre-approved by our support team.



3. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Scarves & Shawls
  • Caps
  • Jilbabs
  • Bodysuits, body tops
  • Swimwear & Leggings
  • Items from any of our Sale collections
  • Items purchased during sitewide Flash Sales or Mega Sale events



4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must include the original receipt or invoice
  • Items must be securely packaged for return



5. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cs@modelle.com.au or via the chat box on our website. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • A flat return shipping fee of AUD $14.95 (for domestic orders) will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • For international returns, a flat AUD $34.95 fee applies and will be confirmed at the time of approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Returns are processed within 14 business days.



6. Refunds

We offer store credit only for eligible returns. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

We only offer monetary refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong size or colour shipped by us
  • Incorrect item sent
  • Damaged or defective item received

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
Please note: shipping charges and service fees (e.g., Cash on Delivery) are non-refundable.



7. Missing Refund

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 14 days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Reach out to us at cs@modelle.com.au



8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct item.



9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before processing by contacting customer service with your order number.
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll issue a full refund including shipping.



10. Reordering Cancelled Items

You’re welcome to reorder any cancelled item as long as it is in stock.
