Bright Friday is Modelle’s signature seasonal sale that runs across the Black Friday & Cyber Monday (BFCM) period in November 2025.
It’s our respectful, modest take on the usual Black Friday sale – offering up to 70% off selected categories so you can elevate your wardrobe with high-quality modest fashion at limited-time prices.

2. Which products are included and which are excluded?

Most fashion categories are represented in the Bright Friday Sale, including:

• Modest dresses & maxi dresses

• Co-ords & sets

• Tops, shirts and blouses

• Skirts & tailored pants

• Outerwear, blazers, capes and jackets

Excluded from Bright Friday sale pricing:

• Staples / Essentials:

  • Scarves & hijabs

  • Shawls & wraps

  • Inner body tops / layering tops

  • Undercaps and similar core basics

• Gift cards

• Any product specifically labelled “Excluded from promotions”

New drops and seasonal styles can be included where clearly marked on the sale page.

3. Are Bright Friday sale items returnable?

All Bright Friday Sale Collection items are final sale:

• We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sale items.

• Please choose your size and style carefully, and check product descriptions and size charts before placing your order.

• If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you are still protected under Australian Consumer Law – contact our Customer Care team with your order number and clear photos so we can help.

Full-price items purchased outside the Bright Friday Sale Collection follow our standard returns policy, unless marked as final sale.

4. Can I use discount codes with the Bright Friday Sale?

No, Bright Friday sale prices cannot be combined with other promotions.

• The sale price you see on the Bright Friday collection is the final discounted price for that item.

• Any discount codes shared by Modelle during the Bright Friday period are designed for eligible full-price styles only (not staples, not sale items).

• Checkout accepts one discount code per order, and codes do not apply on top of Bright Friday sale prices or staples.

If you have both sale items and full-price items in your cart, the system will apply any valid code only to eligible full-price styles, never to sale or staple products.

5. Is Bright Friday online only or also in-store?

The Bright Friday Sale Collection and its up to 70% off discounts are online-only at modelle.com.au.

• Our Sydney and Melbourne stores may run their own promotions or in-store offers, which can be different in timing and discount structure.

• In-store staff may not be able to match online Bright Friday prices unless clearly advertised.

For the widest range of sizes and colours, and to access free shipping thresholds, we recommend shopping the sale online.

6. Will sold-out sale items be restocked?

In most cases, sale items are not restocked during Bright Friday:

• Many pieces are from limited runs or previous collections being cleared to make room for new arrivals.

• Once a size or style is sold out, it may not return.

If you love something, we recommend adding it to cart and checking out promptly – especially for popular sizes like 8–14 and 16+.

We ship across Australia and internationally.
