We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for most items.
Please note: This policy applies to all purchases made on the MODELLE website. In-store return policies may differ.
1. Return Timeframe:
- You have 29 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
2. What can be returned:
- You can return any unused items in their original condition and packaging with tags attached, excluding:
- Scarves, Shawls, Caps, Jilbabs, Bodysuits, body tops, swimwear and leggings
- Items purchased during a Sale
3. Return Process:
- Ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition with attached tags.
- Provide the original receipt or invoice for returning defective/damaged items.

- For return orders exceeding AUD $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost untracked items.
- Once we receive your return, we will send you an email notification.
- After inspecting the items, we will process your return within 14 business days.
4. Refunds:
- We currently only offer store credit for returned items, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- Refunds will only be issued for:
- Wrong size/color of the product shipped by us
- Wrong product shipped by us
- Damaged/defective product shipped by us
- For credit card purchases, the refund will be transferred back to the original card used.
- For Paypal purchases, the refund will be sent back to the original Paypal account used.
- Service fees such as Cash on Delivery fees and shipping fees are not refunded.
5. Missing Refund:
- If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please check your bank statement or contact your credit card company.
- If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at cs@modelle.com.au.
6. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order before it is processed by contacting our customer support team with your order number and contact details.
- If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.
8. Reordering Cancelled Items:
- You can place a new order for the items you previously cancelled at any time as long as they are in stock.
